Finished up the wiring and plumbing for the Accuair system.
Polished brass hard lines for inside of the box.
This is the manifold that sends the air to all four bags.
This side of the battery box will run the power for the truck.
This side will run the box, generator, and the compressors for the air tanks.
Need to run a couple more wire to the box and that should finish up this box.
Installed battery kill switches for each side.
Installed two 6 volt deep cell batteries for the box side and will use a 12 volt for the truck.
Installed two grounding blocks to insure good grounds. This one is for all the grounds for the back half of the truck.
The back of the truck wiring is almost completed.

Second fuel pump almost done just have to finish up the wiring.
Picked up the supplies to start the plumbing. That means only 99 more trips to hardware store.
Used shark bites fitting for most of the connections which made the installation go very smoothly.
Hot water tank setup.
Back of the four position valve that controls the flow of water to the tanks and water pump.
Will be able to fill both water tanks, connect to city water or use the water that stored in the tanks, and can winterize the system from this one valve. Waiting for one valve so that we can switch from one water tank to the other.
Made a chase that runs the length of the box for some wiring and for the propane line. Getting real close on getting things wrap up on the plumping and wiring. I'm hoping to have it finished up next week so we can start testing for leaks or any other issues that might arise.
Chris has been working on more of the framing.
Has the back door framed in. The lower bar is just for support till he has everything welded up.
The back detail is coming along nicely. The top part is being engineered and will be three pieces that will be welded together to complete the top. It is a very complex part with a few compound curves.
Can't really tell from this picture but this part has a compound curve that was rolled then cut about every inch to get it to curve the other way. Each cut then was welded back together.
It's awesome when the drawing and the real deal look the same. Just a few more things to finish up and then we can start to add the skin to the frame.
Got the parts back from being powder coated and installed. The box holds the EFI LED Controller.

Nope it's a custom air box that will feed air to air cleaner. They are out being powder coated and I will post pictures of the finished product when we get them back.
